Job Summary
Engages in Coaching Cycles to model, co-teach and observe instructional practices across content areas; collaborates with teachers and administration to plan, implement, and assess school change initiatives; facilitates data-driven instructional decisions, develops and shares instructional resources, and coordinates high-quality professional development to support student achievement and the district’s continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid 4-9 or 7-12 certification/licensure to teach Secondary Education in Ohio (English, Math, Science, Social Studies, or Special Education)
- Experience teaching
- Ability to communicate effectively
