Job Summary

Develop and facilitate professional learning cycles for multilingual education to ensure schools meet measurable student outcomes. Collaboratively set learning goals, conduct observations, and coach teacher leaders on culturally sustaining instructional practices. Analyze assessment data and classroom observations to inform school support and drive individualized student achievement. Support district implementation of MLE curriculum, including ELD and bilingual programming, while managing school designation staffing and budget development. Partner with school leaders and the academics team to achieve actionable results in multilingual learner achievement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field
  • Four years teaching experience in relevant subject area
  • At least two years of experience in coaching other teachers
  • Previous experience working in an urban district with Multilingual Learners
  • Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado
  • Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred
