Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver high-quality professional development and coaching to teachers, functioning as an instructional liaison between district and campus leadership. Lead data-driven planning and monitoring of instructional practices across curriculum areas, with emphasis on lesson planning, observation and coaching cycles, differentiated instruction, MTSS, and response to intervention. Design and implement job-embedded professional development, support data disaggregation and meetings, facilitate reflective conversations, and guide teachers through PLCs to improve student learning. Travel between district and campus as needed; role requires leadership in adult learning and collaboration with campus and district teams to implement district initiatives and standards-based instruction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Valid Texas teaching certificate
- Master’s Degree preferred
