Job Summary
Model effective instructional strategies and provide regular walkthroughs to coach teachers in implementing data-driven practices. Gather and interpret assessment data to guide instructional changes and support individualized student needs. Deliver targeted staff development on literacy and math while organizing interventions to improve academic performance. Assist teachers in advancing licensure levels and serve on the 90 Day Plan Core Team and PLCs. Observe and conference with educators to develop classroom practices aligned with state competencies. Support curriculum development and lesson planning while facilitating communication with leadership and the community.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education
- Valid Level 3 New Mexico Teaching License
- Valid New Mexico teaching license with endorsements as needed
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to squat
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to sit
