Instructional Paraprofessional - College and Career Readiness

Adapt classroom activities and materials to support special needs students in resource classrooms, implementing IEP goals and behavioral plans under teacher direction. Administer immediate first aid, medication, and self-care assistance while monitoring student progress through data collection and test administration. Provide direct instruction in academic subjects, social skills, and daily living activities, and supervise students during non-classroom periods to maintain safety. Perform clerical duties including phone screening, inventory management, and file maintenance. Complete mandatory employee training within three months of employment.
