Instructional Paraprofessional at Black Elk

Instructional Paraprofessional at Black Elk Elementary to support targeted small-group instruction in reading and mathematics. Responsibilities include reteaching key skills, providing intervention, and extending learning for students who need extra challenge. Works closely with classroom teachers in a collaborative team to support student growth academically and socially. Ideal candidate has strong communication, flexibility, and a willingness to learn. Schedule is 8:30-3:30 Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with 8:30-2:30 on Wednesdays.
