Job Summary
Coach and develop a team of teachers and paraprofessionals through frequent 1:1 sessions, live instruction observations, and performance improvement plans to ensure instructional excellence and student outcomes. Monitor team-level data on engagement, progress, and retention to identify trends early and mobilize support, while leading precision in intervention planning and system refinement. Partner directly with students and families during escalations to rebuild trust and resolve concerns, ensuring all educators uphold high service-level expectations for responsiveness and communication. Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and professional development to raise practice standards, supported by occasional travel for proctoring during testing windows. Maintain full availability via phone, chat, and Zoom throughout the 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Mountain Time schedule, ensuring uninterrupted focus and real-time responsiveness to students, parents, and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field
- Teacher certification and an approved teacher preparation program
- Ability to obtain certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other states as may be assigned
- 5+ years of successful work experience in education, educational technology, or a related industry
- 5+ years of successful experience serving students, families, customers, or other stakeholders in a service-oriented environment
- 3+ years of experience managing people
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Willingness and ability to travel to assigned testing locations for proctoring
