Job Summary
Provide supplemental support for instructional development and change management to drive academic achievement, with content-expertise focus and a emphasis on closing achievement gaps for underperforming students. Responsible for curriculum alignment, intervention design, data-driven goal setting, staff development, and collaboration with district and campus leadership to implement continuous improvement and pacing guides across multiple campuses. Travel frequently to assigned work locations; leverage research-based practices to support teacher development and instructional effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in related field
- Master’s Degree in content or Administration preferred
- Valid Texas teaching certificate with appropriate endorsements required in core content area
- Secondary ESL-English Certification Required
- Minimum 3 years secondary teaching experience required
