Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain scalable digital learning solutions on regulatory topics such as cybersecurity and technology procedures. Build courses using in-house tools and Firm assets; edit and advise on course scripts; partner with SMEs and stakeholders to align with business goals; create templates for future projects; maintain learning assets and documentation in SharePoint and internal platforms. Requires advanced skills in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI authoring tools; familiarity with WCAG; experience with SharePoint, Jive, and MS 365; strong ability to translate complex material into learner-friendly content; collaboration with senior SMEs to refine learning solutions. Preferred: Cornerstone on Demand experience; cybersecurity/technology/compliance training background.
Required Qualifications
- Instructional design experience for online training
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and Adobe Creative Suite as well as AI authoring tools
- Understanding of Accessibility Standards (WCAG)
- Experience using collaboration and content management platforms such as SharePoint, Jive, and MS 365 tools
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical material into learner-friendly content
- Ability to collaborate with senior SMEs to develop and refine learning solutions
