Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of relevant experience
- Thorough understanding of adult learning principles, practices, and learning sciences in eLearning, curriculum development, multimedia development, and learning technology
- Thorough knowledge of instructional design and principles
- Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training curricula, materials, and programs in light of business objectives
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Advanced degree preferred
