Job Summary
The Instructional Designer will design and develop engaging learning materials (e-learning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, assessments) and administer the Learning Management System. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders, apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory, and use tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), Workday Learning, Camtasia, and Synthesia to create multimedia e-learning modules. Conduct quality assurance, revise existing materials for relevance, stay current with industry trends, and support ad hoc projects. Travel minimal; on-site location is Springdale, Arkansas. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, HR, Education, Business or a related field
- Experience: At least 1 year of instructional design experience
- Familiarity with LMS (Workday) and learning technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build curriculum through storytelling with case studies or scenarios
