Job Summary

Lead onboarding cohorts from kickoff through graduation, delivering instructor-led, virtual, and blended sessions on the product, systems, and work processes. Build and maintain onboarding content including guides, job aids, quick reference sheets, practice scenarios, and knowledge checks. Teach platform fundamentals so new hires can explain Nextiva's value, navigate the product, and connect features to customer needs. Run role plays, hands-on exercises, and skills assessments to certify readiness before live customer work. Manage day-to-day LMS operations, including system configuration, user support, permissions, and content lifecycle management. Develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials while generating LMS reports on engagement, completion, and compliance. Check in with recent graduates during their first weeks and deliver follow-up sessions for identified gaps. Work with hiring managers to define readiness criteria, report cohort progress, and flag learners needing extra support. Keep onboarding current as product, tools, and processes evolve. Track completion, assessment scores, certification results, and time to productivity for each cohort.
