Instructional Designer (Temporary)

Job Summary
Designs, develops, and maintains high-quality training materials and programs for Financial Services Representatives, Branch Managers, District Managers, and BSC call center teams. Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to validate content, applying instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning experiences. Creates and updates FAQs, How-to Guides, and intranet content; develops assessments and knowledge checks; monitors feedback and performance metrics to improve training materials; ensures compliance and accessibility; and explores new tools and strategies to enhance the learning experience. This temporary role has potential for hire and requires managing multiple projects with timely delivery across various formats.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related discipline (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design
- Proficiency in developing and updating training materials (manuals, presentations, e-learning)
- Experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Synthesia or equivalent tools
- Ability to lead content discovery and collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Travel ability (occasional)
- Compliance with regulatory requirements and accessibility standards
