Job Summary

Design onboarding and training programs for Federal clients by analyzing existing materials to identify learning gaps and coordinating with Subject Matter Experts to structure learning paths. Develop interactive training content using modalities like videos and gamified learning, while determining knowledge checks and compliance tracking. Lead training delivery, establish metrics for user adoption, and administer learning management systems to facilitate feedback loops. Manage long-term governance for sustaining training materials within a cross-functional team.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance
  • 4+ years of experience in Education, Training, HR, or related field
  • Thorough knowledge of the full training life cycle and demonstrated ability to develop and implement
  • Knowledge of contemporary learning management software platforms
  • Experience with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
  • Ability to convey complex information in a way that people understand
  • Experience collaborating within a multi-disciplinary delivery team including UX/UI designers, technologists, data scientists, engineers, solution architects, and change managers
  • A collaborative nature with excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking and a natural curiosity for solving problems coupled with strong analytical skills
  • Experience working in a project-based environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Training and Instructional Design
