Job Summary
Senior Instructional Designer at Dayforce Enablement, responsible for translating business needs into scalable, learner-centered experiences across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, job aids, workflow-based learning). Collaborates with stakeholders and SMEs to identify learner needs, drives discovery, designs and develops scalable enablement solutions, aligns with business goals, and measures readiness outcomes. Emphasizes behavior change, applicability in the flow of work, and continuous improvement using learner feedback and performance data. Also leads multiple projects with agile priorities and stays current on instructional design trends, AI-enabled workflows, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, enablement, learning development, or similar role
- Strong instructional design capability across multiple modalities
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond
