Job Summary

Design, develop, and implement instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended learning programs using adult learning principles. Partner with leadership, operational teams, and subject matter experts to conduct learning needs assessments and create scalable training solutions aligned with organizational goals. Create engaging learning materials, including facilitator guides, job aids, assessments, videos, eLearning modules, and polished presentations. Develop and maintain standardized onboarding curricula for corporate and practice-based roles. Manage the Learning Management System, including course creation, uploads, testing, reporting, and learner tracking. Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions and evaluate effectiveness through assessments and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Maintain existing training content for accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance while collaborating on cross-functional learning initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, Learning & Development, curriculum development, or corporate training
  • Strong experience managing and utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create polished, engaging presentations
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to develop learning solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States in a full-time basis

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience developing eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools preferred
  • Healthcare or medical practice experience, particularly supporting Medical Assistants (MAs) or clinical teams, is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Canvas or similar learning platforms is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows and healthcare training needs is a plus
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proven ability to take initiative and operate as a self-starter in building and improving learning programs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for both virtual and in-person learning environments
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality learning experiences
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, learning technologies, and multimedia development tools
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering exceptional learning experiences
