Job Summary
Position for an Instructional Designer – Generalist focused on developing learning materials in collaboration with teams and SMEs. Requires mid-level experience in instructional design, solid project management skills, and proficiency in various technical applications.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years instructional design experience focused on instructor-led, digital and blended learning.
- Advanced computer proficiency and technical aptitude in Microsoft Office Suite and various technology applications, including LMS, e-learning software.
- Outstanding listening, verbal (presentation), team building and written communication skills.
- Project management experience from ideation to implementation.
- Experience with recording and editing digital media for blended learning solutions.
- Experience with graphic design, micro-learnings, gamification, simulations, etc.
- Strong understanding and knowledge in the application of instructional design principles, adult learning theories and learning styles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Advanced experience with e-learning authoring tools and various technology applications.
Desired Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing previous instructional design projects, including e-learning module samples, training materials and multi-media content
Additional Requirements
- Travel may be required 10%-15%
- 3 days required at Restaurant Support Center (Tuesday – Thursday)
