Job Summary
Designs courseware and course certification, develops pre- and post-assessments, and uses data to prove course objectives are met. Creates engaging training material applying adult learning principles, researches and selects learning technologies for effective blended learning, and collaborates with subject matter experts to develop content across functions. Produces visual content, manages project progress, and supports global training efforts with travel as needed. Requires strong instructional design expertise, proficiency with eLearning tools, and excellent communication and project-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Education from an accredited college or university
- Certified in Adult Learning methodologies, Instructional Design or eLearning technology
- Six (6) years training experience (including e-learning) and course design or equivalent combination of education and experience
