Job Summary
Instructional Designer I, Education role designs and develops learner-centered e-learning courses for regulatory professionals. Collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and delivery teams to translate content into meaningful learning outcomes and interactive experiences. Applies adult learning principles, accessibility guidelines, and backward design; creates storyboards, scripts, and course maps; aligns learning with goals and assessments. Reviews course builds for fidelity, supports revision cycles, and contributes to updates of templates, design standards, and workflows. Develops formative and summative assessments and learner feedback tools; ensures usability and accessibility; designs for e-learning platforms and LMS. Proficient with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise/Storyline) and collaboration tools. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of instructional design experience. Salary range: $63,000–$72,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, education technology, curriculum development, or related field required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning experience design required.
