Job Summary
Leverage high-impact instructional design methodology to create engaging learning content and interactive experiences aligned to business results, including virtual classrooms, eLearning, video, and learning pathways. Manage multiple simultaneous projects using standard practices to ensure on-time delivery within scope. Partner with senior team members, sponsors, and subject matter experts to identify learning opportunities, produce needs analysis, and develop learner personas that drive performance outcomes. Contribute to the evaluation and selection of learning technologies and apply the Instructional Design process across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Learning, Education, Human Resources, Business
- 1-2 years of Instructional design experience
- Design and development of VILT, eLearning, micro-learning, and ILT
- Knowledge of Design/development tools, modalities and technology
- Strong communication skills
- Familiar with the ADDIE model
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

- Strong knowledge on a variety of learning modalities
- Experience on highly technical topics
- 2 to 4 years leveraging various modalities of design: Virtual Instructor Led, eLearning, Micro-learning, Pathway
- Agile design
- Project Management skills
- Experience with human resources, leadership or other corporate training topics
- Technology: Adobe suite, SnagIt, Webex, Camtasia, Pathway, Cornerstone, Articulate, Vyond, Intrepid
- Project coordination skills
