Instructional Designer (Fixed-Term, 6 Months, W-2)

Instructional Designer for a fixed-term six-month assignment. Design and build scalable onboarding programs for Relocity’s employee and contractor populations; create knowledge-base resources, FAQs, and reusable learning assets; develop assessments, simulations, and other learning resources; transform legacy training materials into modern digital learning experiences (video-based and self-service modules); leverage AI-enabled workflows and learning technologies; evaluate tools and provide recommendations for future scalability; collaborate with Operations and HR to identify learning needs and translate them into effective training solutions; bring 5+ years of experience in instructional design or related fields, expertise with e-learning, LMS, and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Synthesia), and strong project-management and communication skills.
