Job Summary
Design and deliver blended, AI-powered learning experiences for adult professionals. Collaborate with internal SMEs and stakeholders to create effective programs (eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training, and on-the-job activities) aligned with business goals. Apply evidence-based instructional design and self-paced, asynchronous formats, leveraging generative AI tools (including custom GPTs) to enhance learning. Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across delivery modes, manage timelines and resources, and drive impactful outcomes in a fast-paced team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Background in instructional design and AI implementation
- Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-4
- Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs and similar AI tools for learning solutions
- Detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design engaging learning experiences for adult professionals
