Job Summary
Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced eLearning courses using instructional design best practices and adult learning principles. Build, manage, and maintain learning content using Xyleme while collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, learner-focused materials. Create engaging learning experiences, assessments, job aids, and guides, ensuring all content aligns with branding, accessibility, and quality standards. Review and update existing training materials to support business objectives within learning management systems. Requires hands-on Xyleme expertise and proficiency with authoring tools.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an Instructional Designer or Learning Experience Designer
- Hands-on experience developing and managing content using Xyleme
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Experience creating eLearning content and multimedia training materials
- Proficiency with authoring tools and learning technologies
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field
