Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain training materials including onboarding programs, eLearning modules, facilitator guides, workbooks, and quick reference guides. Create and maintain operational process documentation, SOPs, playbooks, and user guides for store and support office teams. Partner with operational leaders and subject matter experts to identify training and documentation requirements, translating complex business processes into clear, practical learning content. Support new initiatives, projects, systems implementations, and operational changes through effective training and process documentation while maintaining governance, version control, and accuracy across all materials. Review training effectiveness to improve capability, compliance, and operational performance, and support the ongoing maintenance of Visual Merchandise Guides and other operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in instructional design, learning development, training creation or process documentation
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- Experience developing training materials for operational or customer-facing environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning content development tools
- A valid driver's licence
- Qualification in Training, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Business or a related discipline
- Experience within retail, franchise or multi-site operations environments
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
