Instructional Designer

Design and deliver talent development initiatives for a banking/financial-services context, including learning needs assessments, design of framework and materials (storyboards, curricula, instructor guides, manuals, job aids), and development of engaging training experiences that support job performance. Collaborate with SMEs, design and deliver blended learning (in-person and virtual) using tools such as Articulate 360, Cornerstone LMS, Canva, and Vyond; pilot initiatives, gather feedback, and revise content. Manage learning initiatives end-to-end, assist with LMS content maintenance and reporting, and contribute to culture and change-management training programs. Requires a degree in instructional design or related field, 3 years of instructional design experience, and proficiency with relevant tools; assets include Change Management Certification, I4PL CTDP, and familiarity with banking practices. It also highlights experience designing for enterprise-wide onboarding programs and partnering with clients to align learning solutions with business needs.
