Job Summary
Design and deliver compelling eLearning experiences—from storyboards to videos, quizzes, and job aids—that make complex topics clear, engaging, and actionable. Partner with subject matter experts to translate business knowledge into learner-centric programs that measurably improve performance. Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning theory (ADDIE) to accelerate time-to-value across the employee and partner lifecycle. Leverage learning technologies, including the LMS and knowledge management tools, to increase engagement, track outcomes, and continually improve learning effectiveness. Use data and learner feedback to refine content, identify training gaps, and evolve learning solutions toward the next generation. Experiment with approaches such as gamification and modern content formats to keep learners engaged.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related field with hands-on involvement in planning, designing, developing, and delivering both in-person and virtual training within a corporate environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Instructional Design, or equivalent practical experience
- CPTD certification is a plus
