Job Summary
Conduct needs analysis and prioritize training opportunities through internal business strategies, Voice of Customer data, and market share analysis. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop program content including instructor guides, participant guides, job aids, classroom presentations, online courses, and videos using authoring and graphic design tools. Apply adult learning principles to ensure instructional quality is built into final project deliverables while communicating development priorities and escalating risks to management. Evaluate training program effectiveness and organize instructional content grammatically correct. Manage short and long-term training program development strategies for technical and product training areas.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in the design and development of classroom and online training
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, Organizational Design, or other equivalent curriculum that focuses on learning
- Proficiency in authoring and graphic design tools including Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, and etc.
- Strong working knowledge with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Familiarity with Learner Assessments, Learning Needs Assessments and Gap Analysis methodologies and application
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage projects
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Effective collaboration skills and interpersonal skills and ability to establish positive work relationships
- Ability to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, adjust to priority changes and deliver high quality and timely results
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations

Desired Qualifications
