Job Summary
Partner with subject-matter experts to design dynamic instruction for web-based media, live, and virtual delivery. Apply solid instructional design skills to large or complex projects, developing classroom, online, and virtual learning while ensuring content meets business and learner needs. Create assessments to measure effectiveness and engage with the learning team to identify performance goals and delivery methods. Lead strategic projects improving instructional effectiveness, including course evaluation strategies and innovative delivery methods. Mentor instructional design staff on best practices and adult learning theory, while documenting design decisions and strategies for key partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Web-based training experience (e.g., Articulate Storyline)
- Excellent MS Office skills including Word and PowerPoint
- Instructional design expertise
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Multimedia design skills – Adobe and Camtasia
- 4+ years relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate degree in instructional design or related field
- Evaluation design and assessment development skills
- Content knowledge in or experience working with experts in consulting
- Experience with gamification, AI and other modern approaches to content development
- Experience in professional services industry
- Ability to lead and direct a group of employees in areas such as planning, conducting, and supervising
