Job Summary
Instructional Design Senior Analyst to support the design, development, and maintenance of technical training content for Vertiv’s Thermal Management product lines. Responsible for creating instructor-led materials, virtual training, eLearning modules, assessments, and job aids; building content to align with course designs; collaborating with instructors and subject matter experts; ensuring materials meet standards and are delivered on schedule; maintaining course materials in a structured, version-controlled manner; and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Requires experience with eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Storyboard, Camtasia, Vyond), LMS (Docebo), proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of ADDIE and adult learning theory; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field; English fluency.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training content creation
- Experience developing eLearning, instructor-led materials, or technical training content
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and formatting consistency
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Experience using training development tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Storyboard, Canva, Vyond, Camtasia
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (Docebo)
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented, global work environment
- Understanding of adult learning theory and ADDIE model
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field preferred
- Certifications in Instructional Design or eLearning Development preferred
