Job Summary
Review training materials to recommend learner-focused improvements and develop digital learning content and modules. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, structure information, and create new materials that support knowledge sharing. Record and edit videos to enhance the learning experience while applying creative approaches to improve engagement. Support the preparation of training resources and contribute to projects strengthening the overall training landscape. This 5-month internship requires 4 days per week with 2 days on-site, starting flexibly from October.
Required Qualifications
- Are pursuing a bachelor's degree or master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, Learning & Development, or a related field
- Are analytical and able to understand and structure complex information
- Are creative and detail-oriented when developing learning experiences
- Have basic knowledge of video recording, video editing, or digital content creation
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with different stakeholders
- You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship
- You are at least 18 years old at the start of the internship
- If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement)
- You attach your cover letter with a clear motivation on why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular
- You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship
- In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your application shows the willingness to relocate
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work
