Instructional Coach Title VI

Instructional Coach Title VI responsible for coaching teachers in planning and implementing culturally responsive curricula, modeling data-driven instruction, delivering demonstrations and professional development, collaborating with administration and departments, and supporting Native American student needs through Title VI compliance and after-school/summer programs. Responsibilities include coaching teachers on curriculum, instruction, and assessment; analyzing disaggregated student data to inform planning; conducting demonstration lessons; providing feedback on instructional practices; preparing and facilitating professional development; coordinating with various departments (Safety and Mentoring, Afterschool Academy, Social Services, Transportation, Indian Parent Committee, Community Outreach); managing After School Academy and Summer Academy activities including budgeting, hiring, and family communications; and supporting meeting 506 form requirements for Native American families. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Education, at least three years of teaching experience, and a valid Arizona teaching certificate. Skills include instructional modeling, classroom management, data analysis, coaching and feedback, curriculum and assessment knowledge, computer proficiency, and strong communication with diverse students and staff.
