Collaborate with teachers and administrators to assess instructional practices, provide personalized coaching, and enhance teaching effectiveness. Design and facilitate professional development workshops, analyze student performance data to identify improvement areas, and develop targeted strategies to boost instructional outcomes. Demonstrate effective instructional strategies in the classroom to serve as a model, curate resources for diverse learners, and mentor novice teachers. Assist with office operations, maintain documents, and communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents to foster a supportive environment. Required Qualifications
- Michigan Teacher Certification

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field
- Valid Michigan teaching certification
- minimum of 5+ years of teaching experience
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional strategies, pedagogy, and best practices in teaching and learning
- Strong knowledge of current educational trends, research, and data-driven instruction
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to foster a positive learning environment and build collaborative relationships
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes and data analysis
