Job Summary
Coach teachers using observation, modeling, dialogue, and co-teaching practices to strengthen teaching practice and build educator capacity. Support alignment of instruction with standards, curriculum, and assessments while promoting inclusive, engaging, student-centered learning environments. Provide professional development to increase educator effectiveness and collaborate with school leaders to analyze data and support improvement planning. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in special education, valid Pennsylvania Instructional II certification, and experience in coaching or mentoring. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in special education or a related field
- Valid Pennsylvania Instructional II Special Education certification
- Experience supporting instructional practice through coaching or mentoring
