Job Summary
As an Instructional Coach (Math) for Middle School, you will observe instructional delivery and provide feedback to enhance teacher development, support the design of units and lessons, analyze data for curriculum modification, and collaborate with academic staff to share best practices. Responsibilities include coaching teachers, providing instructional strategy training, and reviewing lesson and unit plans. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in education, prior teaching experience, and the ability to foster inclusivity in the work environment. A Master's degree is preferred.

Desired Qualifications
