Instructional Coach - Math Elementary (26-27 school year)

Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one and small group coaching sessions with teachers to demonstrate instructional strategies and interventions aligned with district curriculum. Deliver best practice demonstration lessons and model small group instruction while supporting Professional Learning Communities and assessment committees. Assist educators in interpreting student data to drive instructional decisions, monitor progress for English language learners, and facilitate research-based professional development. Provide ongoing training on English language proficiency standards and scientifically researched resources to maximize student success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Valid Texas teaching certificate
- Knowledge of core curriculum and effective instructional strategies
- Successful classroom teaching experience
- Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills
- Minimum three years' experience in primary reading and math instruction
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to lift 30-55 pounds with assistance
- Must be able to lift more than 55 pounds with appropriate assistance
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree, preferred
