Job Summary
Instructional Coach focused on mentoring and onboarding teachers, assisting with local/state assessments, and collaborating on IEP goals. Responsibilities include developing monthly curriculum scope and sequence, adapting and differentiating curriculum, coaching classroom teachers and Day School staff, supporting new students through intake, partnering with therapists to meet student needs, filling teacher vacancies as needed, accompanying students on field trips, and maintaining compliance with Professional Crisis Management/UKERU certifications. Participates in leadership and data-review teams, provides weekly teacher support hours, and receives ongoing in-classroom coaching and onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
- Professional Educators License (LBS1 PreK-21) required
- Experience working with students with multiple needs and autism preferred
