Job Summary
Instructional Coach to join Kingman Unified School District #20 for the 2025-26 school year. You will serve on the school leadership team and manage, analyze, and disseminate a variety of school-wide data. You’ll work with site administration to plan and implement data-informed strategies to support student-centered learning, assist with ELA standards implementation, monitor and report student achievement data, disaggregate benchmark and formative data to guide instructional decisions, contribute to ongoing professional development, ensure integrity of assessments, and collaborate to increase student achievement. Requires Bachelor's degree in education, valid Arizona teaching certificate, and 3-5 years of teaching experience; Master’s degree preferred. This is a full-time position located in Kingman, AZ with duties primarily in a school environment.
