Job Summary
Instructional Coach to collaborate with district teachers to support student learning across content areas, lead professional development focused on evidence-based instructional practices, analyze assessment data, co-plan/co-teach with teachers, model differentiated instructional strategies, and implement multi-tiered supports. Role is grant-funded for three years; requires Bachelor's degree or higher and a current Colorado Teaching Certificate; pre-employment fingerprinting will be completed within 48 hours of offer acceptance; district-wide district placement with a focus on UIP goals and collaborative work with building leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Completed a state approved Teacher Preparation Program
- Must hold a current Colorado Teaching Certificate
- Five or more years of teaching experience and one - two years coaching experience
