Job Summary
Offer coaching through weekly classroom observations and one-on-one meetings to a team of teachers. Provide frequent feedback and evaluations that help educators grow and excel in the classroom. Other duties assigned. Located in Grand Rapids, MI, River City Scholars Charter Academy serves K-8 students with a best-in-class curriculum and advanced instructional tools. Personalized development and coaching opportunities are provided to support growth. Behavioral support is available for both teachers and students. Starting pay is above market scales.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid teacher license or meet alternative requirements in the state you are applying.
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of teaching experience, preferred.
