Instructional Coach at Farmville Central High School

The Instructional Coach will partner with classroom teachers to enhance student learning and teacher practice through content- and instructional-expertise. Core responsibilities include delivering and facilitating individual and group professional learning, providing training, coaching, and support aligned with teachers' needs across all grade levels and content areas, and collaborating with the Building Principal and Director of Curriculum and Instruction to implement goals from the Certified Teacher Salary Schedule. The role emphasizes supporting teachers through research-based instruction, modeling effective instructional strategies, and contributing to school improvement by designing and delivering professional development that strengthens instructional practice across the building.
