Job Summary
Support students across Jordan District from PreK through post-high school by reinforcing positive behavior and implementing strategies under the direction of Behavior Specialists and Technicians. Provide hands-on assistance throughout the school day to help students access core content and engage in healthy social interactions within the least restrictive environment. Complete required Basic Training (5 hours) within one week of hire and additional 40 hours of training within six months to advance to Lane 6. Work part-time for 17 hours per week at a rate of $22.86 per hour, effective July 1, 2026.
