Job Summary
Assist the classroom teacher with implementing individual and group instruction, testing, and assessment procedures while providing IEP support and carrying out behavior management plans. Follow professional directives to support the child in the school environment and ensure student safety across all settings. Provide additional support in areas requested by the classroom teacher or Pupil Services to advance educational programming. Requires a minimum of 2 years of college or 48 credit hours, effective interpersonal skills, and strong organizational abilities. The position offers a 10-month term with a salary of $24.96 per hour after a successful 90-day probation, with schedules varying by grade level from 6 1/2 hours per day.
Required Qualifications
