Instructional Assistant Pool - (General and Special Education)

Support teachers in achieving class objectives by working with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and master assigned materials. Assist in devising special strategies based on student needs, distribute instructional materials, and guide independent or remedial study. Manage classroom equipment, maintain learning displays, and supervise students during drills, assemblies, and field trips. Provide direct support for lunch routines, hygiene needs, and mobility assistance, while alerting teachers to student issues and serving as a resource for substitute teachers. Maintain strict confidentiality and participate in required in-service training.
