Job Summary
Instructional Assistant at Pelham High School, under supervision of certified educators, to assist with accommodations, modifications, and other support for students with disabilities in accordance with IEPs. Responsibilities include collecting data to monitor progress, supporting instructional and school-based activities, supervising students across varied settings, and promoting student learning and success. May assist students with self-care and daily living skills. Strong collaboration with educators and adherence to PESPA terms are expected.
Required Qualifications
- High Diploma required
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- Previous experience working within Education preferred but not required
