Instructional Assistant (Paraeducator)

Support instructional and behavioral goals as part of a classroom team. Provide individualized or small-group instruction using materials developed by the teacher; assist with implementing a BSP for assigned students, monitor behavior, participate in crisis intervention as needed, and help ensure student safety and routine transitions. Collaborate with teachers, Case Manager, and staff to reinforce learning, model appropriate social and classroom behavior, and maintain professional boundaries. Maintain confidentiality and contribute to a supportive, well-organized learning environment with opportunities for professional development.
