Job Summary
Provide high-quality instructional support in collaboration with the Classroom Teacher, delivering daily small-group instruction to students and monitoring behavior to ensure positive academic outcomes. Duties include planning with the Classroom Teacher, implementing differentiated instruction, supervising students during transitions and activities, engaging with families and the community, and stepping in for Classroom Teacher when needed. Preferred candidates may have a Bachelor’s degree or 60+ college credits, bilingual ability, participation in an Instructor Certification Program, and 1+ year of classroom experience; the role emphasizes supporting student achievement within LEARN Charter School Network across Chicago area campuses.
