Job Summary
Facilitate technical training for entry and mid-level IT learners using a structured curriculum covering hardware, networking, and cybersecurity. Lead study groups, prepare lab activities, and conduct hands-on sessions while ensuring equipment is properly returned. Provide ongoing feedback to learners, implement individualized study plans for those struggling, and monitor attendance and program policies. Enter learner data into Salesforce and Canvas, participate in staff meetings, and coordinate with instructors and career coaches to promote success. Work within a 6-hour teaching day featuring interactive labs and real-time performance monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Per Scholas Training Program
- Obtained all certifications offered in the training course in which you participated
- Ability to teach in a highly interactive and hands-on style
- Passion for teaching others
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in schedule
