Instructional Assistant II - FSC - 7.0 hrs. per day! (TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE!)

Implement individualized instruction and behavior plans for students in special education programs across classroom, community, and work-based settings. Deliver academic, functional, and social-emotional support in one-on-one and small-group formats while assisting teachers with tailored instructional strategies. Supervise students to ensure safety and engagement, providing personal care support including feeding, hygiene, and mobility as needed. Assist with IEP implementation, team meetings, assessment, and recordkeeping while participating in ongoing professional development.
