Job Summary
Assist teachers in providing a well-organized, smoothly functioning educational environment for ESOL students under direct supervision. Support the instructional program and available resources to ensure students can take full advantage of learning opportunities. Maintain bilingual fluency in English and the language of at least 15 students to facilitate communication and instruction. Complete all required trainings and meet mandated federal and state health requirements. This full-time role begins in August 2026 at Pine View Middle School in Land O Lakes, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited institution in the field of Education, or related field
- 60 semester hours of college/university level course work from an accredited institution
- Obtain qualifying score to pass the ParaPro Assessment
- Bilingual or multilingual in English and the language represented by at least 15 students of the same language background, written and oral fluency
