Job Summary
Instructional Assistant for ESY (1st Grade) at Riverdale Grade School. Provide instructional support in small group and one-on-one settings, assist with lesson planning and adaptations for differentiated learning, monitor student progress and document outcomes, support teachers with grading and material preparation, and help maintain a positive, safe classroom environment. Requires knowledge of district policies, strong communication with students/parents/staff, and ability to assist students with disabilities; Oregon fingerprint clearance and health training (First Aid/CPR-AED, TB/pathogen training) are required. Schedule 9:00–11:00 a.m., July 20–Aug 14, 2026, Monday–Thursday; salary $20.42–$22.99 per hour (classified salary schedule).
